Refund policy
Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled prior to shipping. Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact us at admin@storybookbakeryshipped.com.
No returns or exchanges of perishable items.
Non-food or non-perishable items may be returned, at the store owner's discretion, and will only be accepted if returned unopened and in its original form. If a return is approved, the store will provide a return label and refund will be issued upon the return and inspection of item(s).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be prepared to provide photographs of both the items and the packaging, upon request.
Refunds
No refunds will be provided for items that arrive in proper condition, even if items arrive past customer's requested date. Arrival/delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
For lost orders, a refund will be issued if item has not arrived within 14 days of the order's ship date.
For damaged orders, a refund may be given at the store owner's discretion and cannot exceed 100% cost of the damaged items. For example, if 4 out of 12 cookies arrive broken, a refund may be issued for the cost of the 4 cookies, only.
For incorrect orders, where a color, flavor, or size may be wrong, store owner may issue a refund or store credit at their discretion. Refund or store credit may not exceed total cost of order, minus shipping.
